A newly built school urgently required additional teaching space to accommodate a growing number of pupils. An unusually shaped piece of land was identified on the site, and Storm successfully designed and delivered a three-classroom building, fully equipped with toilets and spacious teaching areas to support up to 100 additional students.
The building was designed and constructed to achieve net zero environmental impact, incorporating sustainable materials and energy-efficient systems throughout. Despite the constraints posed by the irregular site, the project was completed on time and within budget, from concept to handover, in just 10 months. Several challenges were overcome during the process, demonstrating Storm’s commitment to delivering innovative, sustainable solutions under pressure.
